ZenCheck - Early Access Partners

I had an NPI verification return in "Needs Review" status due to a name being slightly off (missing hyphen), but I have no way to change it to "Clear" status? Not urgent but need to be able to mark that I reviewed and cleared it

Can we add fields for contact information at facilities? I'm needing to enter phone and fax info for facilities and don't have a spot to do so. Not urgent.

I'm in progress with our first CVO client and realizing I don't have a good way to view all in progress applications just listed by provider name - I can see at risk/stalled ones on dashboard and then view them on the dashboard in 'Application throughput and aging' but it's a little clunky. I think it may be worth having an 'applications' tab where you can see all applications by provider and type, and be able to change status, etc. I'm trying to update all my application statuses and it's clunky to go through the dashboard views and into each application and then back to the dashboard, etc.
