(see Meredith Bell example) When adding a Credentialing application and saving it, the type is showing as "Enrollment" in the "Type" column despite me labeling it as Credentialing, and then the entity type is changing from Organization to Practice and then back to Organization each time I try to edit it, despite me not making that change (under Heart & Vascular Partners in the Entity column)

Can we consider allowing credentialing staff (not providers) to upload documents without having then change status from 'ready to review' to 'accepted'? If a provider adds something we want to review it, but for cred staff adding something they've already validated, it adds another required action that gets cumbersome (just added 20+ documents to one profile)

Can we add an option for 'Completion Date' when adding CME documents? This will be helpful because often times you have to provide the last 2 years of CME history (I'm adding the completion date in the 'training type' field as workaround in the meantime, but date is important enough to warrant its own field) (Robert Armbruster has 2 CMEs for live examples)
