When attempting to add a custom field to the provider basic info, I am receiving an error that the system failed to add custom field.

When importing the CAQH Summary, ZenCheck is using the providers Home Address as the practice address and creating a conflict with the CAQH practice address. If I click to update basic info, the home address is changed to the practice address. Example provider: Meredith Bell

Can we add an application type for initial licensing and license renewals?

Can we have a field for Taxonomy Number with the specialty?
